Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in the beauty industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, with expertise in influencer marketing, social media strategies, brand management, and e-commerce platform management, such as Shopee.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to promote our beauty products/services.
• Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that aligns with our brand objectives.
• Manage social media platforms and engage with followers to enhance brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the brands to integrate marketing efforts with overall company goals.
• Operate and manage online sales channels such as Shopee and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor and optimize online sales performance to achieve sales targets.
