Mô tả công việc
- Coordinate with other departments and partners to propose and organize marketing promotion plans.
- Execute and implement marketing activities in coordination with the Sales department.
- Research and develop the company's sales support programs.
- Develop communication and advertising plans and propose budget allocation.
- Monitor the implementation progress and propose reasonable adjustments according to market conditions
- Improve Koikeya's brand awareness through trade marketing plans.
- Implement all related activities, including organizing advertising activities: sponsorships, fairs, events, customer activities, etc.
- Work with suppliers to produce, print POSM, TVC, etc.
- Participate in training on product features for sales representatives, sales staff in other marketing activities.
- Conduct, analyze, and evaluate market and competitor research.
- Design packaging, banners, etc.
- Collaborate with Marketing team members to plan and execute product campaigns.
- Prepare periodic/sudden reports on marketing activities.
- Conduct market research and product development.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
