Marketing Team Leader - High Salary - District 3/Ho Chi Minh

As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for the execution of marketing strategy, improve brand awareness by online and offline activities, run event, co-branding with partnership for group.
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
Manage budget, KPIs, deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously
Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms to ensure that services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
Organize and manage offline activities
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Do another tasks from Marketing Manager, BOD request

Participating in social insurance – health insurance – unemployment insurance according to state regulations
Salary: Negotiation
13th month salary based on company's business situation.
Travel 1 time/year; join year-end party, annual salary increase review.

Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
Degree in marketing or a related field
