Material Planner / Nhân Viên Điều Phối Vật Tư

We are seeking an experienced Material Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in material planning and inventory management, specifically within a production environment. This role requires proficiency in analytical tools such as Pivot Tables, Power BI, and Macros, as well as the ability to manage high-demand periods effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Material Planning:
Develop and maintain material plans based on production schedules and forecasts to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Data Analysis:
Utilize Pivot Tables, Power BI, and Macros to analyze material consumption trends and generate reports for management.
- System Utilization:
Effectively use ERP and inventory management systems to track materials, manage orders, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Collaboration:
Work closely with production, logistics teams to coordinate material requirements and resolve any discrepancies.
- High-Demand Management:
Demonstrate the ability to manage materials effectively during peak seasons, ensuring that production targets are met without compromising quality.
- Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on inventory status, material usage, and planning metrics to senior management.
