. Support onboarding new merchants (Including: sending merchant information to functional teams for verification and evaluation, preparing contracts, setting up the system,...).
. Collaborate with all functional teams (Merchant Marketing team, Data analyst, Plan & Strategy, Product team) to achieve KPIs while keeping our Merchant satisfied and engaged with Zalopay.
. Assist in developing and implementing new business initiatives and strategies.
. Monitor and manage campaigns/ initiatives planned to achieve best performance needed.
. Assist in the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.
