Monitoring And Evaluation Officer

Job Description
The M&E Officer will play a critical role in monitoring, evaluating on project progress. Key responsibilities include:
• Develop a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plan based on the Project’s Logical Framework and the overall project plan.
• Create and manage a system of M&E tools and indicators.
• Conduct training sessions for project staff and provincial officials on the M&E Toolkit.
• Coordinate and implement field monitoring and evaluation activities.
• Provide technical support to provincial official during implementation.
• Manage project monitoring data and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with provincial officials to ensure timely submission of reports.
• Screen report data, provide feedback and compile findings for the Project Coordinator and 1 Director.
• Analyze data to identify trends, recommend improvement measures, and assist with reporting.
• Support Project Coordinator and Director in evaluating the Project’s effectiveness and impact.
• Perform other M&E tasks as required.
