Motor Development Engineer

MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
• Coordinate and discuss with customers and relevant functions to identify project timing and
technical specifications of the product during pre-study.
• Define project charters and project phases aligning to the Realization Phases as internal
process (RP process).
• Define the projects targets in terms of product cost, quality and timing, mainly about cost.
• Align the relevant standards for domestic and export markets to product requirement and
quality.
• Managing LUPQ and LUPE (List of problems) during development phases to secure the risk
through each quality gate.
• Coordinate with teams (Purchasing, Procurement, Quality Design, Industrialization Engineering,
Quaility, Lab, Aftersales, etc.) to deploy project as timing plan.
• Lead the project preparation (Checklist) and deliverables reports at each milestone of build
phase (Engineering Build, Pilot Production and Validation, Mass Production).
• Ensure the competitiveness of technical ranges (pricing, components communization, platform,
future upgrade, industrilization ability) to support the product strategy.
