1. OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION
Main duty:
Sourcing new LSPs, evaluating and selecting potential LSPs to LSP pool
Supporting Operation / Sales departments in any operation issues related to contractual price with LSPs.
Being in charge of Advance Pricing (AP)
Maintaining LSP partnership.

3. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description:
Negotiating, evaluating and selecting potential LSPs for contract agreement
Cooperating with Legal team to sign service supplement contract and solve related issues.
Sourcing qualified LSPs, evaluating, and registering LSP to LSP pools.
Preparing and sending NDA, RFP / RFQ (Requesting for Price / Quotation) to LSPs for all kind of business scope like Forwarding, Local delivery, and Warehouse management.
Holding biddings as BO request from Operation / Sales teams
Managing LSPs and maintaining LSP relationship.
Roles & Responsibilities
Following whole operations procedures and solving any issue or complaint from whole process until completed.
Fulfilling other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor and local management.
Maintaining relationships with clients / LSPs by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending service improvements.
Sourcing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating LSPs’ potential elements in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
Cooperating with all related parties to support operation inquiries.

a. EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
Fluent in English (reading / speaking / listening)
College or university graduated, preferred in economics / commercial / foreign trade
Able to work independently and under high pressure, able to do multi-task
Able to adapt quickly to new working network and system
Able to work overtime
Background in import-export, shipping, logistics or freight-forwarding.
Able to analysis the market
Able survey marketing/customer/Competitor data.
Able to negotiate/discuss/persuade to Customers/vendors/LSPs...
b. EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1-2 years of equivalent position, preferred experienced workers in logistics / forwarding companies
c. SKILLS:
Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer skill and MS Office (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint)
Possess the characteristics of diligence, dynamic, carefulness and hard-working
Fluent in English (reading / speaking / listening)
