BROAD SCOPE:
General support of operation in Food stuffs warehouse
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage daily stock and order plan
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy between physical & system
- Coordinate with other team to arrange goods & physical cycle count/stock-take
- Co-monitor manpower booking plan to meet target productivity
- Create orders in system, print picking list for outbound team
- Manage daily order plan and check inbound /outbound volume to meet target
- Monitor EDI transaction between Cello & SAP system
2. Productivity management
- Monitor detailed order and manpower plan to meet the target productivity
- Monitor KPIs of on time order management (creatation, pending...)
3. Claim solving management
- Analyze the root causes and make improvement plan
- Support claim team to clear claim cases from customers
- Support leaders to solve irregular cases happening daily
4. Report management
- Daily/weekly/monthly order delivery report to management
- KPI report as required
5. Other job assigned by WH Leader/ Management

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
EXPERIENCE:
Graduating from college or higher
SKILLS:
At least 2 year experienced in logistics, warehouse operation; distribution warehouse is preferred.
Excellent Excel skills
Good problem-solving skill
Honest, able to work under high pressure
Able to work well independently and in team
