● Reserve services from suppliers for each booking.
● Communicate with Sales Teams to ensure smooth Operations and Reservation.
● Provide feedback and coach: guides, vehicle, and suppliers to minimize complaints and our environmental impacts.
● Discuss with our supplier about our responsible tourism commitments and requirements
● Attend scheduled meeting with Operations Team.
● Attend staff training.
● Raise hot issue/s with solution to Supervisor/ Manager.
