Mô tả công việc
-Support current SM stores Making Payment for fixed expenses (Electric, Internet, Telephone, Insurance, Hospital, Rental fee, services for store's operating, consumable)
+ Work with suppliers, be in charge of supporting the repair of broken machinery, tools and equipment.
+ Ensure all expense be made payment in deadline
+ Coordinate with suppliers & Accounting dept in HQ to prepare & making payment for all expense related to operate service in each store
+ Renew all contract to ensure keep all service related to operate for each store
-Prepare contract with Non-trade suppliers & Tenant
-Work with the Building management for staff's Parking, Electric payment, Regulations of the Building, garbage collection service, ....
-Prepare opening new SM stores (SM checklist for Opening new store, 1st ordering for new store, support to arrange in new store's Office & keep tidy)
+ Arrange in Office & warehouse of new store
+ Prepare all contract & purchasing Order with suppliers & follow delivery schedule with CD's hand-over plan.
+ Receiving tools, check quality & how to use in store with store leader
+ Manage cleaning service in new store with ADV staff & collection carton box service in store.
-Survey in current SM stores, remind MVL store leader for store's expense & store's regulations
-Work with Store side for stock of consumable & ordering weekly

Prefer 1 years Admin experience.
Had a good experience to work with big team members
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
Good communication skill.
University/ College degree equivalent.
