Mô tả công việc
Plan and organize the transportation of products for import
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment
Collaborate with production, sales, and procurement teams to optimize the supply chain process
Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
Coordinate with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth import operations
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements
Handle import and export permits, licenses, and other relevant documentation
Proactively address any issues that may arise during transportation and delivery
Identify potential risks in the logistics process and implement measures to mitigate them.
Stay updated on international trade regulations and ensure compliance with customs requirements.
Get the best deal with all suppliers on product pricing, quality, payment terms and delivery, etc
Follow up on all processes of shipment clearance, tax code of material, etc
To be in charge of the Purchasing Department and all relevant documentation
Ensure on-time purchasing as requested.
Generate report and report to BOD on relevant report

Knowledge of Import/Export Operations
Good communication in English, reading and understanding documents
At least 2-year experience in a similar position
