Mô tả công việc
- Identify and build relationships with potential clients in the logistics sector.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's services.
- Introduce and advise clients on the company's logistics services (transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, etc.).
- Monitor the progress of deals and provide regular updates to management.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with clients, ensuring all terms align with the company's policies and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Track sales activities and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Own a motorbike and be willing to travel and work in the field.
