Gear Inc is seeking a QA (Quality Assurance)
Officer for our Moderation teams on a full time basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the implementation and efficiency of quality.
Main Responsibilities:
Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems;
Investigate customer's claims and non-conformance issues;
Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventative actions;
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems;
Plan, conduct & monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure the quality's product;
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective action.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng


Proficient in English, particularly in reading and understanding the requirements of foreign clients;
Proficient skills with MS Office and Google Drive;
Be detail oriented with strong analytical skills;
Have good communication skills is an advantage;
Willingness to handle multi-project;
Prior experience or skills related to Quality Assurance are preferable;
Knowledgeable in the BPO sector, for example customer support, service analysis, and call center operations;
Able to work on Holidays is preferable.
