Mô tả công việc
• Build customer databases, maintain and take care of existing customers in the area in charge
• Understand the features, prices, advantages and disadvantages of products compared to the market
• Identify a list of key customers, prioritize them, and build an outreach strategy that works for them. Develop close relationships with parties affecting the business process of the Contracting channel such as partners, the Department of Health, the Board of Directors of the Hospital of the Department of Pharmacy and Supplies, the Department of Equipment, and the Treatment Departments at relevant departments of the hospital
• Monitor and capture information about the contractor in the assigned area. Evaluation and classification of bidding packages. Develop a plan and list of bidders for each bidding package.
• Coordinate with the sales team and related departments in the company to handle problems arising in the process of bidding and supplying goods in the bidding
• Draft contracts, propose approval of contract terms. Directly implement and urge the implementation of contracts, including delivery procedures, invoicing, and product quality inspection with customers
• Monitoring the process of liquidation of contracts and debts
• Carry out periodic and irregular reports with complete and accurate information, analysis of bid documents, prices of competitors participating in the Bidding & risk opportunity factors. at the request of the Manager
Job Requirement
• Graduated from a College or higher
• More than 6 months of experience
• Experience in dental implant and equipment is preferred
• Hardworking, honest, flexible at work
• Priority is given to Sales candidates who know English.
• Sales bonus
• Bonus for Tet holidays in the year, 13th month
• English skill is prefered for Sales position, but not essential for sales position
Salary:
13-20M VND. Income from 30-50M. maybe more
