Open the door and Greet the customer warmly at our restaurant entry, make them truly feel welcome!
· Ask if they have reservations and under what name
· Introduce their server, providing the customers name
Checking and reply social messages , phone call from customer.

Taking take away order from customer.
Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/ bar
staff
Deal with complaints
Control cash register
Provide VAT information to accountant and following to make sure it been issued
Issue payments
Write cash report in the end of your shift to ensure cash been handover correctly
