Nutrition Field Force Trainer

Main Purpose of the Job:
To build and maintain a competent, customer orientated, results driven , effective and efficient MFF, Sale team, NNA, CES..., through indepth knowledge training of the applicable NIN products to use the globally supported skills suite and best practice to their advantage to compliantly drive the marketing strategy and deliver the business objectives.
- Identifies in one sentence the highest level contribution to the business results.
Key Outputs / Deliverables:
- Skill training NNA
- Support to Marketing and MFF for successful closed loop marketing, through input in HCP engagement aid development (all tools, presentations and -detailers), training and coaching on the use of the engagement aids
- Training the MFF, Sale team, NNA, CES... on Nestle and competitor product knowledge, basic physiology related to infant nutrition, infant nutrition related conditions and nutrition concepts
- Guide & training MD via E-learning ( Atrivitry, Boost App … )
- Introducing and keeping track of NIN e-learning courses' progress
