Talent Acquisition
- Execute talent acquisition plan: conduct initial meeting with hiring manager to explore requirement and get alignment on next steps; post job; screen applications and recommend potential resumes, coordinate for interview and selection, conduct recruitment test, reference/health/terrorism check; prepare for new hire onboarding.
- Assist for employer branding activities.
Learning Administration
- Ensure that all logistics and venue arrangement, training materials and participant amenities meet with the required standards. This includes set-up of training rooms and provide all necessary arrangement (training tools/logistic) for the training and its processes as required.
- Provide the support to organize in-house training programs and employee communication sessions based on established schedule and requirements.
- Onboarding: prepare welcome package and on-boarding sign-off.
Other HR Operations
- Handle PR/GR, follow-up payment and update payment historical reports.
- Carry out the implementation of benefit programs: Phone, Toxic, New-born baby, Employee hospitalization, Bereavement.
- Ensure all documents relevant to responsible scopes are filled properly.
- Assist to prepare the contents of newsletter/ communication materials.
- Others as assigned.
Facility Management Operations
- Consolidate and update car-rent contracts tracking document.
- Transportation management (for EC and BASF in Hanoi): coordinate to ensure the transportation service sourcing is carried out properly; execute the arrangement of transportation to suit with travel needs as well as to optimize the usage frequency and cost; provide guidance and monitor the performance of drivers to ensure the quality of service; align with service providers in managing Drivers and Cars, including replacement (if any); perform random check to ensure the car’s condition meets EHS requirements, inform service providers to improve the car’s status in case of mismatch; handle related payments.
- Perform other FM services for EC and BASF in Hanoi.
