Position Objective:
A Quality Assurance Officer is responsible for supporting QA activities to ensure the company's business activities meet established quality standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance reports & reviews:
• Conducting regular quality reports and inspections.
• Analyzing the report results to identify recurring errors, potential risks, and areas for improvement within the standard QA framework & QA standard operation process (QA SOP).
• Following up the corrective action plans (CAPs) with sales teams.
• Review the files, policy documentation … at the basic level and other QA tasks assigned by head of QA part.
2. Developing quality standards:
• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish and maintain quality standards, guidelines, and best practices for insurance operations within the set QA SOP.
3. Other tasks:
• Administrative tasks such as arranging the meeting schedules, preparing the minutes of meeting, sending documents / letters ….
• Other tasks assigned by head of parts & head of team.
