Key Responsibilities:
o Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
o Coordinate with various internal departments such as production, warehousing, and shipping to fulfill orders in a timely manner.
o Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to logistics.
o Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status, shipping schedules, and delivery updates.
o Provide quotation for customer requirements.
o Making customs declaration procedures professional
o Issue warnings and promptly report incidents posing risks to the trading system, while proposing solutions.
o Resolve any shipping-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
