Operation Supervisor ( Customer Service )

- Select quality suppliers and independently complete communication and negotiation to help the company establish an effective logistics model
- Manage operation team and report weekly to complete company performance assessment
- Ensure daily operations are completed as per Import/ export procedures.
- Familiarize warehousing. Local transportation. International transportation and import and export customs clearance business, control overseas logistics risks, reduce overseas logistics costs
- Well co-ordinate with relevant team (Sale/ export, Import/ Logistics/ Invoicing) to make sure whole process is properly follow.
- Handle documentation for import- export shipments from get booking until close a file, including main jobs below:
Check and update schedules of carriers, airlines, co-loaders as required to clients/sales; and send the booking upon request of sales/client, Get booking with carrier/ co-loader
Open customs declarations.
Make all documents (billing, filling AMS/ACI/AFR, sending pre-alert, do payment ....) to finish the import - export process
Follow and report cargo schedule
‘- Daily update data into company’s system.
‘- Assist and report to Operation Manager.
‘- Others jobs as per BOD’s requirements

- At least 5 years with knowledge in all fields: Air & sea freight forwarding and logistics operation, Domestic delivery.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking and writing skill) - Microsoft office, if can speak Chinese better
- High responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, and willing to learn more.
- Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
- University graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.
- Good negotiation and communication skill
- Willing to learn and high motivated.
