Operation Supervisor

- Select quality suppliers and independently complete communication and negotiation to help the company establish an effective logistics model
- Experienced in operating exported goods to the US by sea and vice versa
- Manage operation team and report weekly to complete company performance assessment
- Well coordinate with the relevant team (Sales/ export, Import/ Logistics/ Invoicing) to make sure the whole process is properly followed.
- Ensure daily operations are completed as per Import/ export procedures.
- Familiarize with warehousing. Local transportation. International transportation and import and export customs clearance business, control overseas logistics risks, reduce overseas logistics costs
- Handle documentation for import- export shipments from get booking until close a file, including main jobs below:
+ Open customs declarations.
+ Make all documents (billing, filling AMS/ACI/AFR, sending pre-alert, making payment ....) to finish the import-export process
+ Check and update schedules of carriers, airlines, and co-loaders as required to clients/sales; and send the booking upon request of sales/client, Get booking with carrier/ co-loader
+ Follow and report cargo schedule
- Daily update data into the company’s system.
- Assist and report to the Operation Manager.
- Other jobs as per BOD’s requirements
