Mô tả công việc

Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service? As an Operations Assistant at Hub Hoi An, you will be instrumental in maintaining our operational excellence and supporting our vibrant community.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update company spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
Assist with customer management tasks, delivering outstanding service and support.
Tackle various challenges daily and develop effective solutions independently.
Serve as the primary contact for contractors, managing basic construction and maintenance tasks (electricians, construction workers, etc.).
Help plan and execute community events to foster member engagement.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
