Ops Support FLM (Data Insights & Planning)

Cascade the forecasted vol and identify the backlog status through models and simulations
Maintain FLM data source for reporting and analytics objective
Headcount planning, CP OT management
In charge of CPO optimization project through multiplier factors review
Lead the weekly/monthly OPS meeting, identify the issues and aligned the solutions
Design and maintain the Reporting system/dashboards
All other adhoc data request

Effective communication through visuals:
Can create clear and concise data visualizations to communicate insights to a general audience
Data Analysis Skills:
- Apply statistical analysis techniques (descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, regression) to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize logistics processes
- Extract, clean, and transform logistics data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets)
- Develop compelling data visualizations (charts, graphs) to effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
Planning & Strategy:
- Strategic planning skills: Develop data-driven plans to improve logistics performance, capacity planning, and resource allocation
- Project management experience: Manage data analysis projects, set deadlines, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
Logistics Software: Familiarity with logistics-specific software like Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Industry knowledge in Logistics or eLogistics
