Mô tả công việc

Act as the main PIC of FLM to sync-up and align on action items with other departments for all Risks, Claims, SLA extension items
Ensure the standard SOPs and FMS features are well trained and cascaded to all levels
Conduct ground visit and internal audit to ensure the standard SOPs
Identify the high risks hubs and proactively align on the action plan (both SPX & platform)
Onsite lead and fix the gap in service quality, SOPs for high risk hubs

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Ability to analyze service quality data: Track trends, identify recurring issues, and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions
Experience in conducting audits and inspections: Assess adherence to service quality standards throughout the SOP
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and collaborate with various stakeholders across department
Experience with Quality management frameworks
Industry knowledge in Logistics or eLogistics
