The OTT Application Operations Engineer supervises the availability and quality of services related to the OTT solution (K+ app) upon its launch. This role involves recommending and implementing improvements in the operations and maintenance of OTT services.
DUTIES:
• Supervise the OTT service environment to ensure service availability and quality by:
• Service monitoring
• System support and maintenance
• Fault troubleshooting
• Fault escalation to the next level of support
• Operational reporting
• Manage changes in the OTT environment to ensure minimal service impact during change implementation
• Organize support, documentation, and training for the team and other departments
