Research laws and regulations related to FDI for case studies and projects of clients.
Liaise with authorities to carry out legal formalities and act on client’s behalf
Prepare and submit required documents to secure the approval and licensure of a foreign capitalized company in Vietnam
Assist on the preparation of content, input based on the research proceeded.
Other assignments directed by manager

Good research and analytical skills
Students studying in the 2nd, 3rd, 4th year or fresh graduated from university in Law major
Good command of English
Basic knowledge in Word, Excel and other Microsoft applications
Pro-activeness and foreign mindset
