Mô tả công việc
- Location: HCMC
- Quantity: 01
- Department: Accounting
- Salary: 16 mil VND - 18 mil VND
- Reason to recruit: Replacement for Retired Personnel
- Working Day:
• Official Personnel
• Day shift
• 5 days/week
*** Job Description:
1. Bank payment & petty cash reconciliation
2. Prepare weekly CF;
3. Update and control all bank balances;
4. Check payment documents and pay to suppliers on time;
5. Input transaction to ledger, follow advances;
6. Reconcile bank statement & send to KES;
7. Support for FS monthly, quarterly report;
8. Revaluation (cash, payable, receivable);
9. Managing time deposit and bond summary;
10. Monitor daily, and monthly loan and timely reports;
11. Issue certificate of bank balance & bond, L/C, loan;
12. Work with bank to update the user for e-banking, license, legal representatives;
13. Monthly cash counter sheet;
14. Input balance of cash & credit line to TMS software;
15. Other suitable tasks as appointed.
