The Operation Manager is primarily responsible for executive project management and resource management, to ensure that the company’s daily operations run smoothly.

• Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to meet business goals and objectives
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to established processes and policies
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Manage, train and cooperate with a team of Project Managers to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and drive operational excellence
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, systems, and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Conduct regular process reviews, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implement solutions to optimize operations
