Why we’re looking for you
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating impactful product development and driving mutual growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading our digital customer acquisition marketing strategy, tactics, planning, and execution to enhance brand awareness, increase active users, and drive revenue growth. You’ll do
1. Campaign Management
- Manage and monitor PPC campaigns, ensuring budget adherence and ROI optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to maximize campaign performance.
2. Customer Journey Optimization
- Customize, optimize and track the performance of the customer journey from the awareness phase to product usage, conversion to paying customers, and encouraging repeat purchases.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare regular reports on key metrics and campaign performance for stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, customer io, and others to track and report on campaign performance and user behavior.
4. Strategy Development
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Identify new opportunities and growth areas to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
5. SEO & ASO
- Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- App Store optimization
