Manage promoter team, tracking sales target and incentive of all PGs NATION-WIDE
• Build good team spirit as One Team - One Goal
• Recruit and train the PG team as sales consultant with good customer service mindset
• Evaluate PG's competencies via sales target in the Region
• Manage the documentation for PG team in payroll, sales tracking, OOS, reports.
• Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Demo & Merchandising) and external stakeholders (Customers) to make sure perfect execution
