Lead and coordinate the production planning team, including task assignment, performance evaluation and employee development.
Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements, considering resources, capacities, quantity and delivery deadlines.
Monitor production performance in order to support the identification of bottlenecks and to develop solutions that maximize efficiency and improve lead times.
Closely collaborate with the procurement department to ensure smooth material flow and timely availability of materials.
Communicate with other departments such as sales, manufacturing and logistics to ensure production plans align with customer requirements.
Management of team communication and cross-functional communication with other departments, ensuring the continuous flow of information.
Ensure continuous update of the used, controlled documents within the department.

Wiha Vietnam’s office: Song Cong 1 Industrial Zone, Bach Quang Ward, Song Cong City, Thai Nguyen, Vietnam
