Mô tả công việc
• A Plant manager is responsible for the entire operations of solar plant.
• Direct, coordinate, manage and supervise daily operations for O&M team and relevant operations at the plant.
• Assign work to O&M staff, determine work schedules, and effectively recommend approval for overtime work, set and evaluate KPIs for them.
• Liaise with EVN/ EPC/OEM contractors for clarification, analysis, and technical guidance and liaise with the commune/district/Provincial/government authorities to solve related tasks or any audit conducted by the Authorities.
• Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions.
• In charge of: Operation, Maintenance, Warehouse, HSE, Supply chain, etc
• Other assigned tasks which required by Line Manager from time to time.
