Plumbing Engineer

Conduct design calculations, analysis, schematic diagrams, and equipment selection.
Perform duties assigned by MEP Director/Manager/Team Leader within required timeframes.
Prepare concept, basic, and detailed design drawings in AutoCAD MEP or Revit MEP, adhering to local codes and international standards.
Undertake site visits and quality assurance checks.
Review shop drawings and material submissions.
Coordinate with project architects, engineering disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
Review and check drawings before submission.
Propose technical innovations.
Follow company design procedures and standards.
Assist in producing design specifications, reports, and calculations.
Assist in preparing equipment and material quantity take-offs and cost estimates.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access).
Degree in Water supply and drainage (relevant practice license is a plus).
Experience in engineering consulting, with a focus on design.
3 years of post-graduate experience.
Experience in design teams and author’s supervision duties.
Site inspection or supervision experience.
Knowledge of International Building Codes and environmental building standards (LEED).
Intermediate time management and organizational skills.
Good English proficiency.
