Mô tả công việc
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet high standards, addressing any issues related to product quality throughout the development process.
- Market Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitor offerings, using insights to drive design decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sourcing, marketing, manufacturing, and other teams to align product designs with business goals. Build strong relationships with suppliers and present new collections to leadership.
- Product Creation and Development: Oversee the entire product creation process from idea to execution, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. Manage technical specifications and quality control to perfect the product before sample production.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the product design team, fostering creativity and collaboration while managing priorities and ensuring timely deliverables.
