Mô tả công việc
• Ensure POS requests performed as guidelines,
• Fulfil all customer requests regarding on Insurance Policies (including minor, major and valuation request),
• Regularly quality check POS transactions error rate should not exceed 1.5%,
• On behalf of POS work with Project team/related departments for user requirement and UAT for system enhancement / projects related POS,
• Cooperating with other department (New Business, Claim, Underwriting, Customer Service, Premium Control, Actuary, Product Develop) to implement related processes efficiently, effectively and adapt legally & Audit point,
• Explain questions to clients/FCs accurate. Ensure process cases related decision from another department,
• Making related reports,
• Support line manager in managing team to reach KPI and customer / sales force satisfaction, training and coaching user, advice difficult cases to other users,
• Other tasks which assigned by line manager from time to time.
