Lead, mentor, and motivate the management team and staff to achieve high levels of performance and professional development.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal standards, and corporate policies.
Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
Understanding of electrical systems, electrical equipment, PLC, HMI, Servo, control algorithms, especially battery systems

Salary: negotiable
13th month salary bonus + Quarterly KPI bonus and Annual KPI bonus based on work performance.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.);

Salary increase will be considered once a year

ENGLISH – Toiec 700 or Equivalence to communicate and interact well with international customers.
University level: Major in fields related to Electricity, Mechatronics.,
Available to travel regularly.
