Private Lounge Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to lead our prestigious Japanese-style luxury lounge
in the heart of Saigon. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in F&B management, with a keen understanding of the luxury service industry. This role requires someone who is not only capable of managing the day-to-day operations of the lounge but also adept at fostering relationships with high-profile guests and leading a team of elegant hostesses.
Missions:
1. Recruitment & Training:
a . Source, recruit, and onboard hostesses, ensuring they embody the sophistication and elegance expected at our venue.
b. Develop and implement training programs to maintain high standards of service, including personalized guest interactions and luxury hospitality techniques.
2. Guest Relationship Management:
a. Cultivate relationships with new guests, ensuring their first experience is unforgettable.
b. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing guests, with a focus on repeat bookings and loyalty.
c. Work closely with the hostesses to ensure each guest's preferences are well-documented and catered to.
3. Lounge Operations Management:
a. Oversee all aspects of lounge operations, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for guests.
b. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all services meet the high standards of the establishment.
c. Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.
4. Administrative Duties:
a. Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels of premium wines, spirits, and other consumables.
b. Handle scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.
c. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and internal policies.
