Mô tả công việc
- Ensure accuracy in the documentation and purchase orders.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions.
- Document control between Procurement & Finance Department
- Check and negotiate contracts/agreements for purchasing of local supplies, parts, accessories & services to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts that align with organizational goals.
- Manage supplier and their performance to ensure uninterrupted supply, delivery time, and quality.
- Following compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
- Track progress, manage the journey of goods, control, and be ready to give feedback on the quality and quantity of goods.
- Follow up orders and solve all issues related to price, products, quality...
- Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Manager and other team members
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
College or Bachelor’s Degree (or above). MBA an advantage.
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Data analysis, systematic approach & mindset
Understand import/export regulation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Having the capability for problem-solving
At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement role, or a related field.
Can work independently with limited supervision
Can work under pressure and teamwork
Proactive, hardworking, self-motivation, logical thinking
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English (4 skills)
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software.
