Product Designer Team Leader (UX - 5 Years Exp)

● Closely work and discuss the project with the product team to fully explore and understand the user problem statements and business objectives.
● Closely collaborate with product managers and owners, other internal stakeholders, and engineering team at every stage in the product development process to ensure the implementation fully represents your work.
● Work on wireframes, storyboards, and sitemaps to create user-friendly and straightforward ideas for products.
● Define rational and aligned design guidelines for the product with impactful branding and positioning.
● Build up the UI/UX design team and train other designers to ensure design guidelines and standards are consistently maintained and aligned with the company's brand identity.
● Develop and ongoing enhance the team’s design system documentation and processes.
● Proactively get yourself updated and exposed to the design industry for best practices in user experience and designing.
