1. Main Responsibilities & KPI:
- Main Reponsibility: We are actively seeking a Product Manager to become an integral part of our young dynamic team. The successful candidate will wield their expertise to propel our marketing initiatives, ensuring the triumph of our promotional endeavors. This pivotal role demands a strategic mindset, outstanding communication skills, an in-depth comprehension of the healthcare industry, and a proven history of success in Direct-To-Consumer-facilitating.
- KPI: We are seeking a result-oriented Product Manager who achieves business objectives of assigned brands/ channels.
2. Job description in details:

- Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Market Research:
Strong research skills to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the healthcare industry
Strong empathy for healthcare end-users (providers, patients) to create solutions that meet their needs.
Usability testing and user experience (UX) design understanding
- Product Strategy: Develop a clear product strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and meets the needs of healthcare customers
- Effective Budget Management:
Monitor expenses, track ROI, and optimize marketing activities to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and manage the AnP budget efficiently.
Regularly provide reports and analyses on marketing performance to management.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Good MKT Knowledge
University graduate or postgraduate in Business and/or MKT-related specialty;
Experience in managing market research, briefing communication creativity, media planning, PR, events etc. will be essential
Min 3 experience years in marketing pharmaceutical OTC products or Consumer/Cosmetic/ Nutrition goods, max 10 years in MKT;
Experience in Digital and social MKT is a must
Experience in working in Activation/ Media/ Digital Agencies is preferred
