PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
- Manage and supervise the Product Department in Vietnam em ensure the operation of the Product Department proceeds in a consistent and effective way.
- Research, create and launch new products and update current products to match the Asia Epic Travel standard, image and value.
- Support and coordinate with other departments to encourage synergies, maintain collaboration with relevant departments in carrying out process and find out factors need to change in a timely manner.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY/DUTIES
1.Main tasks
- Research and develop new products in Vietnam
- Monitor quality of products
- Promote new product to the markets
- Establish a production plan
- Communicate product updates
- Supervise and support product team
2.Other tasks
-Conduct inspeaction trip
