The position holder will demonstrate accountability for assisting Product Executive/ Product Manager implement the annual marketing plan of a group of product portfolio in the assigned market to meet the business objectives.
- Assist to implement the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion, and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.
- Liaise with advertising companies to prepare detail aids, leaflets, posters and other materials (print and electronic). Ensure the distribution of materials to healthcare professionals within specified time frames.
- Prepare and support symposia of invited speakers - organize venue and catering, speakers, and invitations.
- Supports relationship development/management with agencies, external vendors and business partners, as necessary.
- Work with Regulatory (promotional review committee) to ensure that the content of all promotional material is fully supported by the Product Information and literature, and in accordance with the guidance offered by the Medicine Vietnam’s Code of Conduct.
- Monitor day-to-day operations and performance of program(s) in areas of responsibility via metrics determined in conjunction with supervisor and other support functions as appropriate.
- Provide Sales force with the required product knowledge training and equip them with the necessary tools to effectively perform their selling function.
- Support sales team to make product presentative to customers.
- Support to undertake a market analysis to include details on the market characteristics (market size and growth - dollars, units, prescriptions, days of therapy, patient types, market share development, number of competitors, market trends, market attractiveness); competitor characteristics (product characteristics, competitor marketing strategies, sales force activities, pricing analysis).
- Drive/manage market research projects, including proposal generation, draft questionnaires, vendor oversight and budget management.
