Production Assistant Manager - Cu Chi

This position will be based in TTI Lithium battery cell at Tan Phu Trung Industrial zone. Be responsible for implementing/executing production schedules with effective use of available resources. Build and enhance strong work team spirit.
- Supervise the daily operation of the shift.
- Monitor Daily Productivity & Quality Performance, Production Volume, WIP levels to meet the production daily target.
- Allocate tasks and lead the team to execute the production plan.
- Drive innovation and Kaizen, Identify and implement improvements for safety cost down, enhance productivity and upgrading efficiency, quality, less scrap & reworks.
- Plan for equipment and manpower utilization to meet production indices
- People management and development and increase people retention rate.
- Monitor the production lines to ensure all steps and areas are followed the production processes and the standards set.
- MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) / KPI / CI (Continuous Improvement)
- Coordinate with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, QA and other support function to execute business plan
- Ensure all workers under supervision have obtained necessary training
- Manage inventory control of all the Stock items to meet department budget and in cases where there is over usage, need to investigate the cause and define preventive action.
- Improve production output through process, equipment and system upgrades
- To ensure people in production floor follow the rules, discipline, 5S and particle control.
- Other duties as assigned.
