Production Manager – (Experience In Automotive Field is An Advantage)

Job summary:
A Production Manager is responsible for overall production operations to ensure the goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and standard.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Manage human and material resources to meet production targets;
- Monitored and managed all activities and provided guidance, training & instruction to production supervisors/staffs to make sure production target is reached in both quality and quantity.
- Determine and implement improvements to the production process
- Implement and control the production schedule;
- Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
- Establishes a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.
- Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations;
- Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
- Monitor quality standards of products;
- Estimate production costs, set up and manage production budgets

Probation 2 months with 100% official salary.
