Production Planning Officer

Scheduling of sales orders and communication thereof
Rough and detailed planning of production orders
Following-up the actual production process and adjust schedules if necessary
Creating production orders and lacquer orders in SAP
Acting as contact person within the Kurz Group for Sales, Converting, Production management and Engineers and all other relevant departments in the company for information on schedules of production orders.
Reporting on inventory and stock and optimization thereof
Monitoring raw material availability and lead times
Overseeing the staffing of machines. Initiate reassignments or shift reductions or extensions if necessary.

Bachelor or higher in any technical, commercial or administrative field
At least 2 years of experience in the area of planning and production control
Professional in MS Office
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Good communication in English
