Production Supervisor

We are looking for 01 Production Supervisor
who is willing to work for Washing Machine Factory in Thang Long II Industrial Zone, Hung Yen, and will be mainly responsible for the following duties:
1. Monitor the operation of assembly lines to ensure Q-C-D-S
- Ensure completion of daily, weekly, monthly production plan of Production department
- Organize daily production results meetings, urge relevant departments to investigate causes, temporary and long-term countermeasures for production issues
- Supervise the management of machinery, equipment and raw materials on the production line
- Receive and respond to quality issues on the process, improve and eliminate operation errors on the process
2. Setup improvement project to increase line performance and operating rate, increase line balance, and reduce changeover loss times between models
3. Monitor production department's new product development schedule to ensure on-time delivery
4. Promote the 5S, 3T activities in the factory
5. Make monthly production reports and report to Production Manager, Factory Director
