Mô tả công việc
- Conduct the whole design process from basic design to pre-construction through coordination with design consultant to ensure the final design is aligned with the business plan, meeting all legal requirements before construction for all THT's investment projects
- Conduct site checking/ reviewing feasibility of the designs proposed by design consultants for the project fit for the legal, approval requirements from government authority
- Provide expertise feedback / review to design consultants regarding the project, ensuring the design quality, progress, standards are met per the expectations of the company.
- Conduct review & provide acceptance of the designs submitted by design consultant for the assigned Project. Define & align any adjustment beyond the contract signed.
