1. Make project plan, be responsible for project output for key point of project milestone, according to procedure
2. Cooperate resource of sample making, pilot run, sample and report delivery standing on engineering side
3. Highlight main problems in a structure way about project delay, delivery delay, and main issue with customer
4. Support manufacturing, and other departments with problem solving during the project life in case of need
5. Maintain good work relationship with different site, like China, US, VN
