Mô tả công việc

We are recruiting the 2 PMs / 5 Construction Managers for two (2) upcoming projects:
1) A mixed-use complex in Binh Duong Province, which comprises of a high-rise condominium, high-rise hotel and a commercial podium; and
2) An ultra-luxury, beachfront resort including second-home villas - an “integrated destination development” in Ho Tram, Ba Ria Province
Scope of Position:
In conjunction with the Project Director, develop, manage and lead the project delivery team to ensure the smooth, on time and on budget delivery of Client’s projects in adherence with the Project(s) Execution Plan and in compliance with the regulations and laws of Vietnam.
Position Responsibilities:
PM only:
1. Team Management: Assist different team members to fulfill their work scopes. Set reasonable, challenging and clear expectations for people, and hold them accountable for meeting the expectation.
2. Assist the Project Director to build reporting procedures between team members, between the PMU and relevant stakeholders (the owner, hotel operators).
3. Assist the Project Director to keep track of the Project’s Master Schedule and Execution Plans, and make adjustments along the way as needed.
4. Assist with preparation of detailed and accurate cost plan for the Project. Conduct Value Engineering exercises to optimize overall budget.
5. Manage other team members to reach design deliverables that satisfy key stakeholders’ requirements (regulations, cost optimization, requests from hotel operators and sales & marketing, e.g.). Asisst the Projet Director and team members in approving all shop drawings and adjustments along the way.
6. Asisst Project Director and QS team to compile and keep track of tendering schedule. Assist in approving tenders list, executing tenders meetings, preparing tender documentation, and recommending tenders results.
PM and CM:
7. Plan site works and manage contractors to ensure site works follow contracts, budget, project schedule, and key stakeholders’ requirements.
8. Collaborate with relevant parties (consultants, different departments within PMU) to resolve site-related issues.
9. Build relationships with local authorities to ensure site works comply with relevant regulations and can process smoothly.
10. Manage reporting procedures between PMU team and contractors.
11. Facilitates coordination between different contractors, consultants, and relevant stakeholders
